Event about the Comprehensive Decentralization Project

The Holistic Decentralization and Federalism Congress that took place in Lebanon, was attended by representatives of a large number of political parties. It was organized to set an action plan for federalism, and to discuss disadvantages such a plan might have on Lebanon as well as differences between federalism and decentralization. This press conference was held in LIFE Institute.
