To defend the rights of these people through an accurate fact-finding, impartial reporting, effective use of media, and targeted advocacy, often in partnership with local Human Rights groups and Ngo’s, governmental institutions, United Nations representative, regional groups, financial institutions and corporations, in order to press for changes in policy and practice that promote Human Rights and justice. In order to do so, LIFE scrupulously investigates abuses, expose the facts widely, and pressure those with power to respect rights and secure justice.

In the long run, LIFE works as part of a vibrant movement to uphold human dignity and advance the cause of Human Rights and Democracy for all, by holding workshops and conferences dedicated to Human Rights and Humanitarian Law. We also advocates on local, national and regional levels for the rights of displaced and vulnerable people based on our Democracy and Human Rights department.
